Husqvarna Dirt Bike Graphics
The FE 450 is Husqvarna's enduro four-stroke, built for technical trails and long-distance riding. It keeps the clean white look of the FC but adds lighting and off-road equipment.
Because enduro riding is hard on plastics, many FE owners balance Husqvarna's clean style with a bit of pattern, such as a subtle texture or camo in the lower areas that take the most hits.
- Headlight front plate
- Keep it clean and readable.
- Radiator shrouds
- Main canvas, also the most scuffed area.
- Rear fender

FE 450 Design Guide
Three short guides written for the FE 450: how to plan the kit, where numbers go, and how to match it to your riding.

Designing an FE 450 graphics kit, step by step
The FE 450 shares the clean white look of Husqvarna's motocross bike, but the lit front plate changes how you plan the front end. Start there, choosing a color around the headlight that ties into the shrouds. Then design the right shroud, keeping the Husqvarna style in mind: a few clean lines or a subtle texture usually look better than an overloaded kit. Mirror to the left side and check the side panels, where the exhaust and airbox areas sit. A white base with navy and yellow is the stock-inspired option, while a graphite or dark grey base hides trail dirt better. Set the Frame and Wheels colors to your real bike, then flip the preview between both sides and look at the front end from the front-quarter angle.

Race numbers and sponsor logos on the FE 450
Enduro events usually require numbers on the headlight plate and the side panels, and the FE 450's lit front plate gives you limited space around the light. Size the digits to fit cleanly above or around the headlight, without covering the lens. Plate colors vary by series and class, so check the rules; yellow and white backgrounds are common in many off-road events. On the side panels, use large, bold digits with a solid outline so they read clearly through dust. A club logo, event sticker space or your name fits on the rear fender. Main sponsors work best on the upper shroud, above the boot line. Choose a sturdy sans-serif font and avoid thin outlines that disappear in mud. FE 450 decals should be clear first and decorative second.

Graphics that survive trail riding on the FE 450
White enduro plastics need a smart design to survive trail riding. On the FE 450, the lower shrouds and side panels take the most abuse from boots, rocks and branches, so place a darker pattern or texture there. Keep the white areas and clean lines higher up, where they stay visible and less likely to get scratched. A matte finish hides small scratches on lower areas, while gloss on the upper shrouds makes washing off dust and mud easier. Avoid placing logos or thin stripes along edges, since edges tend to lift after a day in tight trees. Navy or graphite trims along the bottom of panels hide grime. A thoughtful FE 450 graphics kit can look clean in the parking lot and still hold up after a long day.

How to Install Husqvarna FE 450 Graphics
You need a heat gun or hair dryer, a squeegee and isopropyl alcohol. Plan an hour or two for a full FE 450 kit.
- 01Take the plastics offRemove the shrouds, fenders and plates from the FE 450 and work on a clean bench. Loose panels are far easier to wrap than panels on the bike.
- 02Strip the old decalsWarm old graphics with a heat gun or hair dryer and peel them slowly at a low angle. Remove leftover adhesive with an adhesive remover.
- 03Clean and degreaseWash the plastics, then wipe them with isopropyl alcohol so no oil or silicone is left. Let them dry completely.
- 04Line up each graphicPeel back only the first few centimeters of backing, line the graphic up against the panel's edges and holes, and tack it down.
- 05Lay it from the middle outPull the backing off as you go and push the vinyl down from the center outward with a squeegee or your thumb, chasing air toward the edges.
- 06Heat the curves and edgesWarm the vinyl around tight curves and edges so it stretches and settles, then press the edges down firmly. Apply graphics at room temperature, not in a cold garage. Cold vinyl doesn't stretch around the FE's curved shrouds and may lift later on the trail.

Husqvarna FE 450 Graphics Kit FAQ
01Which bikes does this Husqvarna FE 450 graphics kit fit?
This is an artwork preview for the Husqvarna FE 450. Model years 2024–2026 are design references, not certified template compatibility. Have your printer confirm the exact year, installed plastics and cut lines.
02Will this kit fit an older FE 450?
The model-year guide lists references for 2024–2026. Do not infer fit for an older bike from the preview. Check its installed plastics and a matching printer template before production.
03Is there a difference between FE and FC graphics?
The bikes share a lot, but the FE has its own front plate with lighting. Design on the FE 450 so the kit matches.
04What finish is best for enduro?
Gloss is easiest to clean, matte hides scratches better. Many enduro riders choose matte on the lower panels.
05Are FE 450 graphics the same as FE 450 decals or a wrap?
Riders use all three words for the same thing: printed, die-cut vinyl that covers the FE 450's plastics. A "kit" means the full set of panels designed to work together.
06Can I see the FE 450 kit on the bike before I pay?
Yes. Designing and previewing are free. The 2D preview includes a front angle and a mirrored view; models with a 3D viewer can also be rotated in the designer.
07Can I add my race number and name to the FE 450?
Yes. Type it in the Text panel and place it on the plates in one click. Numbers read the right way on both sides of the bike, and you can add a name across the rear fender or the shrouds.
08Can I put my own logo or artwork on the kit?
Yes. Upload a sponsor logo, team badge or photo, place it on any panel, then scale, rotate and recolor it.
09Can I leave some panels plain?
Yes. Paint any panel a solid color, or clear the artwork from it. Plain plastics next to a busy shroud graphic often look the most professional.
10What do I get with the HD export?
Clean high-resolution preview images and a flat artwork sheet without a watermark. The FE 450 export costs 30 credits; confirm physical dimensions and cut lines with your printer before printing.
11Is this a FE 450 graphics kit I design myself?
Yes. You design it here, export the HD sheet, and have it printed and cut by the print shop of your choice. That keeps you in control of the design, the vinyl and the price.
12Can I share my FE 450 design?
Yes. Create a share card or a link, and anyone can open the design and see it on the bike.
13How much does an AI design cost?
10 credits from a text prompt, or 20 credits from a photo. Credits come in one-time packs, from 200 credits for $9.90.
14Do credits expire?
No. Credits are a one-time purchase with no subscription, and they never expire.
