Husqvarna Dirt Bike Graphics
Husqvarna's FC 450 is the brand's motocross 450, recognizable by its white bodywork with navy and yellow details. Husqvarna styles its bikes with clean, Scandinavian-inspired lines.
White plastics are the easiest base to design on: almost any color looks good on them, and you can go from minimal to full coverage without fighting a strong stock color.
- Radiator shrouds
- Clean, smooth surfaces. Minimal designs look premium here.
- Side areas and rear fender
- Good for a large number with a thin outline.
- Front plate
- White plates with navy numbers keep the Husky look.
- Fork guards
- A yellow or navy accent here ties it all together.

FC 450 Design Guide
Three short guides written for the FC 450: how to plan the kit, where numbers go, and how to match it to your riding.

Designing an FC 450 graphics kit, step by step
White plastics make the FC 450 an easy bike to start from: you can keep the base white and add navy and yellow, or switch to a darker base for a completely different look. Begin with the radiator shrouds, which on this bike have smooth, clean surfaces that suit minimal designs. Decide whether you want a restrained look with a few lines or a full-coverage kit, and stick with it across every panel. Design the right side, mirror it, then check the side panels and rear fender for balance. Husqvarna usually pairs its white bodywork with navy and yellow details elsewhere on the bike, so set the Frame and Wheels to match yours. Flip the preview between both sides; on a white base, small misalignments are easy to spot.

Race numbers and sponsor logos on the FC 450
Numbers on the FC 450 go on the front plate and both side panels, and the white base makes them easy to read in most color schemes. Navy digits on white are the traditional Husqvarna combination and match the white backgrounds many series use for the 450 class. If you choose a dark kit, consider keeping white plates so the numbers still stand out. The side panels are a good size for medium-wide digits with a thin outline. Place your main sponsor on the upper shroud and add smaller logos on the rear fender and the fork guards, where a navy or yellow accent ties the bike together. A clean, geometric font fits Husqvarna's style. Good FC 450 graphics use generous white space around each number rather than filling every area with logos.

Matching the FC 450 kit to how you ride
White plastics look great on a sunny, dry track but show mud and roost quickly. If you mostly ride wet or loamy tracks, consider darker lower shrouds and a navy front fender, which hide stains while keeping the white look higher up. On hard-pack tracks a mostly white kit with gloss laminate stays bright and wipes clean in minutes. Riders who scrub hard or ride tight inside lines tend to rub the shroud edges, so keep key logos away from those areas. Matte finishes on a white base can show dirt more, so gloss is often the better choice for white-heavy designs. If you race regularly, a bold yellow accent helps your FC 450 stand out in photos and helps friends spot you on track. For practice bikes, choose something easy to wash.

How to Install Husqvarna FC 450 Graphics
You need a heat gun or hair dryer, a squeegee and isopropyl alcohol. Plan an hour or two for a full FC 450 kit.
- 01Take the plastics offRemove the shrouds, fenders and plates from the FC 450 and work on a clean bench. Loose panels are far easier to wrap than panels on the bike.
- 02Strip the old decalsWarm old graphics with a heat gun or hair dryer and peel them slowly at a low angle. Remove leftover adhesive with an adhesive remover.
- 03Clean and degreaseWash the plastics, then wipe them with isopropyl alcohol so no oil or silicone is left. Let them dry completely.
- 04Line up each graphicPeel back only the first few centimeters of backing, line the graphic up against the panel's edges and holes, and tack it down.
- 05Lay it from the middle outPull the backing off as you go and push the vinyl down from the center outward with a squeegee or your thumb, chasing air toward the edges.
- 06Heat the curves and edgesWarm the vinyl around tight curves and edges so it stretches and settles, then press the edges down firmly. White plastics show every speck of dust trapped under the vinyl. Work in a clean space, wipe each panel right before you apply, and keep the backing on until the last moment.

Husqvarna FC 450 Graphics Kit FAQ
01Which bikes does this Husqvarna FC 450 graphics kit fit?
This is an artwork preview for the Husqvarna FC 450. Model years 2023–2026 are design references, not certified template compatibility. Have your printer confirm the exact year, installed plastics and cut lines. The FC 250 has its own page and kit.
02Does the FC 450 kit fit the FC 250?
Bikes in the same Husqvarna family often have similar plastics, but shapes can differ around the shrouds, side panels and plates. Use the kit made for your exact bike, and check with your printer before using one kit for two bikes.
03Do white plastics stain under graphics?
A laminated kit protects the plastic underneath. Clean, light-colored kits do show mud, so wash promptly.
04Does the FC 450 kit fit the FE 450?
They are closely related, but the FE has enduro lighting and some different parts. Pick the exact bike.
05Are FC 450 graphics the same as FC 450 decals or a wrap?
Riders use all three words for the same thing: printed, die-cut vinyl that covers the FC 450's plastics. A "kit" means the full set of panels designed to work together.
06Can I see the FC 450 kit on the bike before I pay?
Yes. Designing and previewing are free. The 2D preview includes a front angle and a mirrored view; models with a 3D viewer can also be rotated in the designer.
07Can I add my race number and name to the FC 450?
Yes. Type it in the Text panel and place it on the plates in one click. Numbers read the right way on both sides of the bike, and you can add a name across the rear fender or the shrouds.
08Can I put my own logo or artwork on the kit?
Yes. Upload a sponsor logo, team badge or photo, place it on any panel, then scale, rotate and recolor it.
09Can I leave some panels plain?
Yes. Paint any panel a solid color, or clear the artwork from it. Plain plastics next to a busy shroud graphic often look the most professional.
10What do I get with the HD export?
Clean high-resolution preview images and a flat artwork sheet without a watermark. The FC 450 export costs 30 credits; confirm physical dimensions and cut lines with your printer before printing.
11Is this a FC 450 graphics kit I design myself?
Yes. You design it here, export the HD sheet, and have it printed and cut by the print shop of your choice. That keeps you in control of the design, the vinyl and the price.
12Can I share my FC 450 design?
Yes. Create a share card or a link, and anyone can open the design and see it on the bike.
13How much does an AI design cost?
10 credits from a text prompt, or 20 credits from a photo. Credits come in one-time packs, from 200 credits for $9.90.
14Do credits expire?
No. Credits are a one-time purchase with no subscription, and they never expire.
