GasGas Dirt Bike Graphics
GasGas returned to motocross with the MC range, styled in bright red and with a fun, approachable personality. The MC 450F shares engineering with its sister brands while keeping its own look.
GasGas branding leans playful, so loud designs fit naturally: splatter, flames, oversized numbers and bright accent colors look right at home on these bikes.
- Radiator shrouds
- Big, bold areas. Go loud.
- Tank shrouds
- Good for a contrasting accent color.
- Rear fender
- Large numbers and names fit well.
- Front fender
- Repeat a detail from the shrouds here.

MC 450F Graphics Fitment Guide
Choose your model year below. These are design reference years, not a promise that one cut template fits every year. Match your installed plastics to a model-specific template with your printer.

MC 450F Design Guide
Three short guides written for the MC 450F: how to plan the kit, where numbers go, and how to match it to your riding.

Designing an MC 450F graphics kit, step by step
GasGas gives you permission to be loud, so start the MC 450F with one big idea rather than a careful replica. Pick it before you open the panel list: a giant splatter, an oversized brand-style word, a cartoon character or a clash of red and purple. Put that idea on the radiator shrouds first, at full size, then decide which smaller piece of it repeats on the front fender. Mirror the right shroud to the left and check that any lettering still reads the right way. The red frame meets the shrouds and the side panels, so set the Frame color in the editor; if your kit is also red, add a black or white border where they touch. Spin the preview between both sides to confirm the idea works from the exhaust side too.

Race numbers and sponsor logos on the MC 450F
Because the MC 450F wears such a fun style, it is tempting to pick a wild font for your number. Keep the fun in the colors and outlines instead, and choose digits that are thick, evenly spaced and easy to tell apart, so a 1 never looks like a 7. A white background for the 450 class is common in many series and gives red bodywork a crisp frame; where club rules are looser, a black plate with bright red or yellow digits suits the brand. Your main sponsor fits on the upper shroud, and a line of small supporters works along the rear fender. If you ride for a local shop, the front fender is a good spot for its logo. MC 450F decals look best when the number plates stay calmer than the shrouds.

Matching the MC 450F kit to how you ride
A lot of MC 450F owners split their time between practice days and the occasional local race, so the kit has to handle crashes, pressure washers and long seasons. Loud patterns are your friend here: a busy splatter hides a scuffed shroud far better than a large flat panel of red. On sandy or wet tracks, push the darkest colors onto the front fender, fork guards and lower shrouds, which catch the most roost. On dry hard pack, gloss keeps the red saturated and makes dust easy to rinse off. Riders who like an aggressive look often choose a matte black base with gloss red details, which also hides boot marks. If you want to be spotted in a crowded gate, one bright accent color repeated on every panel does more than a dozen small ones.

How to Install GasGas MC 450F Graphics
You need a heat gun or hair dryer, a squeegee and isopropyl alcohol. Plan an hour or two for a full MC 450F kit.
- 01Take the plastics offRemove the shrouds, fenders and plates from the MC 450F and work on a clean bench. Loose panels are far easier to wrap than panels on the bike.
- 02Strip the old decalsWarm old graphics with a heat gun or hair dryer and peel them slowly at a low angle. Remove leftover adhesive with an adhesive remover.
- 03Clean and degreaseWash the plastics, then wipe them with isopropyl alcohol so no oil or silicone is left. Let them dry completely.
- 04Line up each graphicPeel back only the first few centimeters of backing, line the graphic up against the panel's edges and holes, and tack it down.
- 05Lay it from the middle outPull the backing off as you go and push the vinyl down from the center outward with a squeegee or your thumb, chasing air toward the edges.
- 06Heat the curves and edgesWarm the vinyl around tight curves and edges so it stretches and settles, then press the edges down firmly. Bright red plastics show any misalignment at the edges. Leave a consistent margin around bolt holes and trim any overhang with a sharp blade after the vinyl has settled.

GasGas MC 450F Graphics Kit FAQ
01Which bikes does this GasGas MC 450F graphics kit fit?
This is an artwork preview for the GasGas MC 450F. Model years 2024–2026 are design references, not certified template compatibility. Have your printer confirm the exact year, installed plastics and cut lines. The MC 250F has its own page and kit.
02Does the MC 450F kit fit the MC 250F?
Bikes in the same GasGas family often have similar plastics, but shapes can differ around the shrouds, side panels and plates. Use the kit made for your exact bike, and check with your printer before using one kit for two bikes.
03Are GasGas and KTM plastics the same?
They are related bikes, but the bodywork is styled differently. Choose the GasGas model for the preview, then confirm its cut template with your printer.
04Can I make my GasGas not red?
Of course. Full-coverage kits can turn it any color. Many riders keep a touch of red as a nod to the brand.
05Are MC 450F graphics the same as MC 450F decals or a wrap?
Riders use all three words for the same thing: printed, die-cut vinyl that covers the MC 450F's plastics. A "kit" means the full set of panels designed to work together.
06Can I see the MC 450F kit on the bike before I pay?
Yes. Designing and previewing are free. The 2D preview includes a front angle and a mirrored view; models with a 3D viewer can also be rotated in the designer.
07Can I add my race number and name to the MC 450F?
Yes. Type it in the Text panel and place it on the plates in one click. Numbers read the right way on both sides of the bike, and you can add a name across the rear fender or the shrouds.
08Can I put my own logo or artwork on the kit?
Yes. Upload a sponsor logo, team badge or photo, place it on any panel, then scale, rotate and recolor it.
09Can I leave some panels plain?
Yes. Paint any panel a solid color, or clear the artwork from it. Plain plastics next to a busy shroud graphic often look the most professional.
10What do I get with the HD export?
Clean high-resolution preview images and a flat artwork sheet without a watermark. The MC 450F export costs 30 credits; confirm physical dimensions and cut lines with your printer before printing.
11Is this a MC 450F graphics kit I design myself?
Yes. You design it here, export the HD sheet, and have it printed and cut by the print shop of your choice. That keeps you in control of the design, the vinyl and the price.
12Can I share my MC 450F design?
Yes. Create a share card or a link, and anyone can open the design and see it on the bike.
13How much does an AI design cost?
10 credits from a text prompt, or 20 credits from a photo. Credits come in one-time packs, from 200 credits for $9.90.
14Do credits expire?
No. Credits are a one-time purchase with no subscription, and they never expire.
