Honda Dirt Bike Graphics
The CRF450R is Honda's flagship 450 motocross bike. Honda redesigned its radiator shrouds and side covers for 2025, so the 2021–2026 reference range on this site must not be treated as one proven decal-fitment generation.
That slimmer shape changes how a kit looks: the radiator shrouds are narrow and sharply angled, so diagonal designs that follow the shroud's leading edge look fast, while big centered artwork can get cut off by the edges.
- Radiator shrouds
- The main canvas. Angle stripes and flames along the front edge so they flow back toward the seat.
- Tank shrouds
- Smaller and partly covered by your knees. Good for a secondary logo or a color block.
- Front plate
- Keep it high contrast. Honda riders often run a white plate with a red or black number.
- Rear fender
- Long and narrow. Works well for a name or a repeating pattern.

CRF450R Design Guide
Three short guides written for the CRF450R: how to plan the kit, where numbers go, and how to match it to your riding.

Designing a CRF450R graphics kit, step by step
Keep the stock Honda red if you want a kit that still looks like a CRF from the stands, or switch the plastics base to white or black first for a full color change. Lay out the radiator shrouds before anything else, because they decide the mood of the whole bike, then carry one shape or stripe onto the tank shrouds and the rear fender so the kit reads as one piece. Design the right side, then use Mirror to the other side and fix anything that should not flip, such as text. Honda's silver frame and dark rims sit right next to the shrouds, so set the Frame and Wheels colors to match your bike and check that your main color still stands out. Then flip the preview between sides and look for logos cut by the radiator louvers.

Race numbers and sponsor logos on the CRF450R
On the CRF450R your number lives in three places: the front plate and the two side panels under the seat. The side panels on this generation are fairly compact, so choose a bold, slightly condensed font and leave a margin around the edges instead of filling the panel corner to corner. Many motocross series reserve a white plate background for the 450 class, which suits Honda red well, but check your local rules before you commit. Black or red digits on white are easy to read from a corner exit. Put your main sponsor on the upper shroud, where it faces the camera on jumps, and smaller supporting logos on the lower shroud and the rear fender. Outlined digits keep CRF450R decals readable in mud.

Matching the CRF450R kit to how you ride
Think about where your CRF450R spends its weekends. On a hard-packed summer track, a bright gloss kit keeps its punch and wipes clean after a quick rinse. On wet, sandy or loamy tracks the bike takes a lot of roost on the front fender, fork guards and the lower part of the shrouds, so those areas benefit from darker colors or a busy pattern that hides staining. Riders who spend most laps on the inside of ruts tend to wear the shroud edges by the knee first, which is a good reason to keep important logos higher up. A matte finish hides boot scuffs well, while chrome or holographic accents look best in small doses, such as on the number outline. If you race and practice on the same bike, choose a design that still looks fine half worn.

How to Install Honda CRF450R Graphics
You need a heat gun or hair dryer, a squeegee and isopropyl alcohol. Plan an hour or two for a full CRF450R kit.
- 01Take the plastics offRemove the shrouds, fenders and plates from the CRF450R and work on a clean bench. Loose panels are far easier to wrap than panels on the bike.
- 02Strip the old decalsWarm old graphics with a heat gun or hair dryer and peel them slowly at a low angle. Remove leftover adhesive with an adhesive remover.
- 03Clean and degreaseWash the plastics, then wipe them with isopropyl alcohol so no oil or silicone is left. Let them dry completely.
- 04Line up each graphicPeel back only the first few centimeters of backing, line the graphic up against the panel's edges and holes, and tack it down.
- 05Lay it from the middle outPull the backing off as you go and push the vinyl down from the center outward with a squeegee or your thumb, chasing air toward the edges.
- 06Heat the curves and edgesWarm the vinyl around tight curves and edges so it stretches and settles, then press the edges down firmly. Pull the shrouds off the bike before you apply the graphics. The CRF's shrouds have tight curves near the radiator louvers, and working on a flat bench with a little heat makes it much easier to wrap those edges cleanly.

Honda CRF450R Graphics Kit FAQ
01Which bikes does this Honda CRF450R graphics kit fit?
This is an artwork preview for the Honda CRF450R. Model years 2021–2026 are design references, not certified template compatibility. Have your printer confirm the exact year, installed plastics and cut lines. The CRF250R has its own page and kit.
02Will this kit fit an older CRF450R?
The model-year guide lists references for 2021–2026. Do not infer fit for an older bike from the preview. Check its installed plastics and a matching printer template before production.
03Will graphics for an older CRF450R fit the current bike?
Do not assume compatibility from the preview. Honda documents a bodywork change for 2025; ask your printer to match the cut template to your model year and installed plastics.
04Do CRF450R graphics fit the CRF250R?
Honda's 250 and 450 often share bodywork within a generation, but shapes can differ in places. Check with your printer before ordering one kit for both bikes.
05Are CRF450R graphics the same as CRF450R decals or a wrap?
Riders use all three words for the same thing: printed, die-cut vinyl that covers the CRF450R's plastics. A "kit" means the full set of panels designed to work together.
06Can I see the CRF450R kit on the bike before I pay?
Yes. Designing and previewing are free. The 2D preview includes a front angle and a mirrored view; models with a 3D viewer can also be rotated in the designer.
07Can I add my race number and name to the CRF450R?
Yes. Type it in the Text panel and place it on the plates in one click. Numbers read the right way on both sides of the bike, and you can add a name across the rear fender or the shrouds.
08Can I put my own logo or artwork on the kit?
Yes. Upload a sponsor logo, team badge or photo, place it on any panel, then scale, rotate and recolor it.
09Can I leave some panels plain?
Yes. Paint any panel a solid color, or clear the artwork from it. Plain plastics next to a busy shroud graphic often look the most professional.
10What do I get with the HD export?
Clean high-resolution preview images and a flat artwork sheet without a watermark. The CRF450R export costs 30 credits; confirm physical dimensions and cut lines with your printer before printing.
11Is this a CRF450R graphics kit I design myself?
Yes. You design it here, export the HD sheet, and have it printed and cut by the print shop of your choice. That keeps you in control of the design, the vinyl and the price.
12Can I share my CRF450R design?
Yes. Create a share card or a link, and anyone can open the design and see it on the bike.
13How much does an AI design cost?
10 credits from a text prompt, or 20 credits from a photo. Credits come in one-time packs, from 200 credits for $9.90.
14Do credits expire?
No. Credits are a one-time purchase with no subscription, and they never expire.
