Husqvarna Dirt Bike Graphics

The FC 250 is Husqvarna's 250 four-stroke motocrosser, on the same generation of white plastics as the FC 450. The brand's look is clean and understated: white bodywork with navy blue and yellow details.

That white base makes almost any color pop. Some riders keep the minimal factory feel with a few sharp lines, while others use the FC 250 graphics kit to cover the bike in a bold pattern.

Radiator shrouds
The main canvas, long and smooth. Clean graphic lines look great here.
Side panels
Broad and flat. Space for a big number or name.
Rear fender
Long and slim. Good for a pinstripe or small logo.
Front plate
A white plate with a navy number keeps the Husky look.

Designing a Husqvarna FC 250 graphics kit, step by step

Starting from white is both easy and tricky. Almost any color stands out on the FC 250, but a design that covers too little can look unfinished rather than minimal. The preview shows navy frame and rim hints, so navy, yellow and gray sit naturally beside the chassis, while warm colors like red or orange benefit from a dark outline to keep them from fighting the blue. Work on the radiator shrouds first and decide deliberately how much bare white you want to leave showing. Then extend the design across the side panels and fenders. Mirror the layout unless you want an intentional asymmetric look. At the end, check both sides in the preview, paying attention to where white plastic meets the dark frame, because gaps there are very visible.

Numbers & logos

Race numbers and sponsor logos on the Husqvarna FC 250

On a white bike, plates need clearly defined edges. If your class calls for a white background, add a thin navy or black border so the plate does not melt into the plastics around it. A clean, geometric font fits the Husqvarna look, and the broad side panels let you set the digits large. Avoid pale yellow numbers on white, which disappear at any distance. Sponsor logos work well in navy or black on the upper shrouds, and a single yellow highlight per side keeps the Husky feel without crowding things. On the rear fender, a small logo or your name works better than a heavy block. Because FC 250 decals are usually seen against dusty or mud-stained white, test your contrast with a slightly dirtier background in mind.

Ride it

Matching the Husqvarna FC 250 kit to how you ride

Husqvarna riders often appreciate a refined look, and the FC 250 suits anyone who wants to stand apart from the orange crowd while still racing a competitive 250. Racers may want a factory-style navy and yellow scheme with crisp numbers, which reads well in photos and looks consistent across a team. Weekend riders can use the white base for retro designs, soft gradients or a monochrome setup. If you ride often in mud or dust, add darker areas low on the shrouds and side panels, since white shows stains first and those zones get the most boot contact. If you love a pristine look, choose a gloss laminate that wipes down easily after every wash. Either way, FC 250 graphics that leave some white visible keep the bike unmistakably a Husky.

How to Install Husqvarna FC 250 Graphics

You need a heat gun or hair dryer, a squeegee and isopropyl alcohol. Plan an hour or two for a full FC 250 kit.

  1. 01
Take the plastics offRemove the shrouds, fenders and plates from the FC 250 and work on a clean bench. Loose panels are far easier to wrap than panels on the bike.
  2. 02
Strip the old decalsWarm old graphics with a heat gun or hair dryer and peel them slowly at a low angle. Remove leftover adhesive with an adhesive remover.
  3. 03
Clean and degreaseWash the plastics, then wipe them with isopropyl alcohol so no oil or silicone is left. Let them dry completely.
  4. 04
Line up each graphicPeel back only the first few centimeters of backing, line the graphic up against the panel's edges and holes, and tack it down.
  5. 05
Lay it from the middle outPull the backing off as you go and push the vinyl down from the center outward with a squeegee or your thumb, chasing air toward the edges.
  6. 06
Heat the curves and edgesWarm the vinyl around tight curves and edges so it stretches and settles, then press the edges down firmly. White plastics show every speck of dirt under vinyl. Wash, degrease and wipe each panel with alcohol, then apply in a dust-free space.

Styles That Suit the FC 250

Husqvarna FC 250 Graphics Kit FAQ

01

Which bikes does this Husqvarna FC 250 graphics kit fit?

This is an artwork preview for the Husqvarna FC 250. Model years 2023–2026 are design references, not certified template compatibility. Have your printer confirm the exact year, installed plastics and cut lines. The FC 450 has its own page and kit.

02

Will this kit fit an older FC 250?

The model-year guide lists references for 2023–2026. Do not infer fit for an older bike from the preview. Check its installed plastics and a matching printer template before production.

03

Does an FC 250 kit fit the FC 450?

They share a plastics generation and are often similar, but confirm with your printer before ordering one kit for both.

04

Can I use KTM graphics on my FC 250?

No. The bikes share engineering, but Husqvarna's bodywork is styled differently. Pick FC 250 decals made for its plastics.

05

Are FC 250 graphics the same as FC 250 decals or a wrap?

Riders use all three words for the same thing: printed, die-cut vinyl that covers the FC 250's plastics. A "kit" means the full set of panels designed to work together.

06

Can I see the FC 250 kit on the bike before I pay?

Yes. Designing and previewing are free. The 2D preview includes a front angle and a mirrored view; models with a 3D viewer can also be rotated in the designer.

07

Can I add my race number and name to the FC 250?

Yes. Type it in the Text panel and place it on the plates in one click. Numbers read the right way on both sides of the bike, and you can add a name across the rear fender or the shrouds.

08

Can I put my own logo or artwork on the kit?

Yes. Upload a sponsor logo, team badge or photo, place it on any panel, then scale, rotate and recolor it.

09

Can I leave some panels plain?

Yes. Paint any panel a solid color, or clear the artwork from it. Plain plastics next to a busy shroud graphic often look the most professional.

10

What do I get with the HD export?

Clean high-resolution preview images and a flat artwork sheet without a watermark. The FC 250 export costs 30 credits; confirm physical dimensions and cut lines with your printer before printing.

11

Is this a FC 250 graphics kit I design myself?

Yes. You design it here, export the HD sheet, and have it printed and cut by the print shop of your choice. That keeps you in control of the design, the vinyl and the price.

12

Can I share my FC 250 design?

Yes. Create a share card or a link, and anyone can open the design and see it on the bike.

13

How much does an AI design cost?

10 credits from a text prompt, or 20 credits from a photo. Credits come in one-time packs, from 200 credits for $9.90.

14

Do credits expire?

No. Credits are a one-time purchase with no subscription, and they never expire.
