How flame graphics fit the TT125

Where the pattern shows best on this bike, panel by panel.

01

Tank-side covers / shrouds

Use a longer rear name field and an angled upper stripe to match the taller pit-bike silhouette. Start the flames at the front of each panel and let them trail backward.

02

Front number area

Keep the main number on a solid contrasting field; inspect its size on the TT125 preview before adding smaller lettering.

03

Rear side panels

Place a short name or number on one continuous TT125 panel. Keep letters away from fasteners, panel gaps and the seat edge.

Color ideas for a flame TT125

Flame starter

The palette the flame kit opens with.

Kayo stock match

Keeps Kayo's stock color as the base so the kit looks factory-fresh.

Kayo accent

A Kayo-inspired palette around the white TT125 design preview. The illustration is not a stock-colour specification.

White and charcoal

Use the darker field behind the rider number, with the brand colour as a narrow connecting accent.

Design tips

  • Black or deep red bases make orange and yellow flames look brighter.
  • Try a chrome finish on the flames only for a show-bike look.
  • On the TT125, the tank-side covers / shrouds carry the most artwork, so check the pattern there first.

Installing on the TT125

For the TT125, first match the installed plastics and the printer's cut-line file. Keep vinyl away from the four-stroke engine and exhaust header, vents, access openings and moving parts. Follow your vinyl supplier's preparation instructions.
