How flame graphics fit the TD110

Where the pattern shows best on this bike, panel by panel.

01

Tank-side covers / shrouds

Keep the side number on a solid field and use only one secondary accent around the small shroud edge. Start the flames at the front of each panel and let them trail backward.

02

Front number area

Keep the main number on a solid contrasting field; inspect its size on the TD110 preview before adding smaller lettering.

03

Rear side panels

Place a short name or number on one continuous TD110 panel. Keep letters away from fasteners, panel gaps and the seat edge.

Color ideas for a flame TD110

Flame starter

The palette the flame kit opens with.

Kayo stock match

Keeps Kayo's stock color as the base so the kit looks factory-fresh.

Kayo accent

A Kayo-inspired palette around the white TD110 design preview. The illustration is not a stock-colour specification.

White and charcoal

Use the darker field behind the rider number, with the brand colour as a narrow connecting accent.

Design tips

  • Black or deep red bases make orange and yellow flames look brighter.
  • Try a chrome finish on the flames only for a show-bike look.
  • On the TD110, the tank-side covers / shrouds carry the most artwork, so check the pattern there first.

Installing on the TD110

For the TD110, first match the installed plastics and the printer's cut-line file. Keep vinyl away from the four-stroke engine and exhaust header, vents, access openings and moving parts. Follow your vinyl supplier's preparation instructions.
