Flame Kayo K6 Graphics Kit

Hot-rod flames never really left. This page puts the flame kit on the Kayo K6. The K6 is Kayo's full-size DOHC liquid-cooled 249.6cc four-stroke dirt bike, with its own chassis and engine specification.

Open it in the designer to see flame dirt bike graphics mapped to the K6's own panels, change the colors, and add your number and logos before you export artwork for your printer.

How flame graphics fit the K6

Where the pattern shows best on this bike, panel by panel.

01

Tank-side covers / shrouds

A large upper-shroud motif and thin tail stripe balance the tall full-size chassis without crowding the mechanical centre. Start the flames at the front of each panel and let them trail backward.

02

Front number area

Keep the main number on a solid contrasting field; inspect its size on the K6 preview before adding smaller lettering.

03

Rear side panels

Place a short name or number on one continuous K6 panel. Keep letters away from fasteners, panel gaps and the seat edge.

Color ideas for a flame K6

Flame starter

The palette the flame kit opens with.

Kayo stock match

Keeps Kayo's stock color as the base so the kit looks factory-fresh.

Kayo accent

A Kayo-inspired palette around the white K6 design preview. The illustration is not a stock-colour specification.

White and charcoal

Use the darker field behind the rider number, with the brand colour as a narrow connecting accent.

Design tips

  • Black or deep red bases make orange and yellow flames look brighter.
  • Try a chrome finish on the flames only for a show-bike look.
  • On the K6, the tank-side covers / shrouds carry the most artwork, so check the pattern there first.

Installing on the K6

For the K6, first match the installed plastics and the printer's cut-line file. Keep vinyl away from the four-stroke engine and exhaust header, vents, access openings and moving parts. Follow your vinyl supplier's preparation instructions.
